Our take on the classic pork sausage from the UK is flavored with sage, nutmeg, mace, black pepper and ginger. Unlike the traditional banger though, ours are made without any added fillers like rusk or rice—only the highest quality pork, spices and salt. Wonderful fried up for bangers and mash or in a full English breakfast.

Bratwurst takes on many forms throughout Europe and the United States. The seasonings in our version are inspired by many of the wursts we tasted in Berlin: garlic, nutmeg, and marjoram in the forefront with just a tiny amount of caraway seed in the background. Cook these on the grill and serve with sauerkraut and spicy mustard.
Calabrian Sausages are known for being spicy. We have created a delicious Italian style sausage that is both sweet and spicy at the same time. We achieve the heat with a special blend of red peppers but balance it with fennel and garlic for a nice added sweetness to create the perfect Italian sausage.
FRENCH GARLIC SAUSAGE
Inspired by the classic French Saucisse à l’ail - translated literally as Sausage with Garlic. Unlike the original french version however, ours is uncured. We balance the garlic with nutmeg and pepper for a delicious garlicky treat. Great for sautéing and tossing into pasta or grilling with seasonal veggies.
Our take on the classic Sweet Italian Sausage has its roots in Antiquity. Geographically located in Southern Italy, Lucania was conquered first by the Greeks, and later the Romans. Legend has it that the Romans carried these sausages all throughout europe, giving rise to all the sausages we know today. This is our version of the Ancient Roman recipe.
MAPLE JALAPEÑO SAUSAGE
A careful balance has been made between sweet, salty, and spicy in the Maple Jalapeño Sausage. We combine the natural sweetness of Maple Sugar (locally sourced from Crown Maple in upstate NY) with the delicious flavor and spice of Jalapeño peppers for a great tasting sausage with just enough (but not too much!) zing. Everybody will love this sausage for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
PORK AND CHIVE SAUSAGE
Inspired by traditional Chinese Pork and Chive Dumplings, we took the flavors of the dumpling and turned it into a sausage. Bursting with chives, sesame, ginger, and garlic, this sausage is great grilled and served with stir fried vegetables and rice. Try it on a bun with some hoisin sauce and fresh cucumbers, or use the meat to make dumplings!
